Main points of agreement — please read and confirm each
All payments must be made in advance by me (the storer).
Goods are stored at my sole risk and I should take out my own insurance cover.
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the facility owner is not liable for loss of or damage to goods stored on its premises.
I will not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
The space is only accessible during the hours of access posted by the facility owner.
28 days’ notice is required after the rental period expiry to terminate this agreement.
I must notify the facility owner of any change to my name, address or contact phone numbers.
If I fail to comply, the facility owner may refuse entry until fees owing are paid in full and, after giving any notice required by law, may apply my deposit towards the cost of removing and disposing of my goods.
Full terms and conditions (storer/owner obligations, risk, access, termination, liability and dispute resolution) are provided by your local agent when the agreement is countersigned.
