All payments must be made in advance by me (the storer).

Goods are stored at my sole risk. I understand I should take out my own insurance cover.

The facility owner is not liable for any loss of goods stored on its premises.

I will not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.

The space is only accessible during the hours of access posted by the facility owner.

28 days' notice is required after the rental period expiry to terminate this agreement.

I must notify the facility owner of any change to my name, address or contact phone numbers.

If I fail to comply with this agreement, the facility owner may apply my deposit to remove and dispose of my goods, and may refuse entry until fees owing are paid in full.

Full terms and conditions (storer/owner obligations, risk, access, termination, liability and dispute resolution) are provided by your local agent when the agreement is countersigned.
